SUMMER VACATION NOTICE We Will be closed
We will be closed for our Summer Vacation beginning July 18, 2016 until July 29, 2016. All orders must be received by Monday July 18 to ship before our shop is closed for summer vacation.
Our last day for shipping will be Wednesday July 20, 2016.
We return on Monday Aug 1, 2016 & will begin processing the orders placed while we were closed.
It will take us all week to get caught up. Orders placed while we are on summer vacation may take up to 2 weeks before processing.
Orders are filled in the order they were placed, so orders placed at the beginning of our vacation will be filled before orders placed the day we get back.Returns Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please e-mail questions or custom order requests prior to purchasing. If an error in the description listing is made, please make contact within 48 hours of order payment. There are NO RETURNS for custom personalized items.
We custom personalize our products when you order them so they are made especially for YOU. Check product descriptions. You must let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special requests. We will not issue refunds once orders have been placed. OR make changes to the custom personalization submitted as orders are custom designed and sent to production.
If we make an error on the spelling, please contact us ASAP withing 24-48 hours so that we can sent out a replacement item.
If you need to return a misspelled item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Postage will not be refunded if the item is returned to us without a Return Authorization number.
Shipping is via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service). We cannot ship via UPS to P.O. Boxes. We ship within 5-7 business days business days of receiving payment. We custom personalize our products when you order them so they are made especially for YOU. Check product descriptions. You must let us know PRIOR to ordering if you have a special shipping need. We will not issue refunds once orders have been placed. If you have a special need, please let us know in the Order Instructions/Comments section on your payment page.
Should there be a problem with an item that is out of stock, we will contat you to discuss timing considerations and issue a refund immediately if you no longer want to purchase the item.
UPS is the only delivery method for packages shipped to CANADA. Please INCLUDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER for Canadian orders so that you can be notified from UPS of any brokerage, duties and fees that need to be collected from Customs. For CANADA shipments, the buyer (you) are responsible for payment of any applicable brokerage fees, duties and taxes from the Canadian government. Our shipping fee only covers the postage to mail the package to you. The UPS driver will collect the duties/taxes/brokerage fees from the buyer (you) upon delivery of the items. These brokerage or duty fees/taxes are imposed by your Canadian Gov't and must be paid by you, the buyer, upon delivery of the goods. These are fees not collected by us (the seller) but is a tax imposed by your govt in order for you to accept international items. If you disagree with the international shipping terms, please do not purchase the item.
